Dolan Springs, AZOn January 30th at 4pm, a tourist bus crashed carrying Chinese nationals. It overturned on a highway near the Hoover Dam, killing at least 7 people and injuring 10 others. The bus was coming from Las Vegas after a visit to the Grand Canyon, on its way to Arizona.

Several people from a nearby diner heard the crash and rushed to the scene, where they recounted hearing screams and people lying across U.S. 93 at mile marker 27, about 27 miles south of Hoover Dam. As well, a motorcyclist who avoided the overturned bus was injured.
Authorities report all but 1 of the victims who died at the scene had been ejected from the bus. Five of the injured were taken to Kingman Regional Medical Center, where one was in critical condition and four were in serious condition. A spokesman for University Medical Center in Las Vegas said the hospital received five victims (including the bus driver) by helicopter, one who died, two in critical condition and two in serious condition. Another five victims were expected to arrive by ambulance.
