Fortune 1000 Companies 401(k) Plan Excessive Fees

A firm is investigating Fortune 1000 companies that, we believe, have breached their fiduciary duties and engaged in prohibited transactions by allowing excessive administration and management fees and expenses in connection with the administration of their 401(k) plans.

Persons adversely impacted by this practices include current employees who are plan participants and former employees who have maintained their retirement plan with the company (as opposed to electing to transfer their retirement assets to an IRA or their new company's 401(k)).
