Do Not Call Violations

St. Louis, MO: (Mar-26-08) Attorney General Jay Nixon brought a lawsuit against TruGreen Lawn Care in St. Louis City circuit court, over No Call law violations. The lawsuit was filed as part of a statewide No Call law violations crackdown. Sources at the Attorney General's office stated that Jay Nixon has collected over $380,000 in penalties in the last two-months.

As part of a settlement reached with TruGreen Lawn Care, the company agreed to resolve Nixon's allegations with a $45,000 penalty. The $45,000 penalty is part of the $382,000 Nixon has collected in six No Call actions since Jan. 24, 08. [OZARKS FIRST: NO-CALL SETTLEMENTS NET THOUSANDS]
