One card should have at least $40 balance, they can't find info on it at all. Another card has balance reduced by $30 for "fees", a third card has balance reduced by $6 for fees.

One card is for $50, one should have $18.55 left but is over a year old so they've deducted $6 from it. I've tried to use both, but 3 different stores I tried reject the card. I've been to the concierge people claim both are good and won't help me, won't replace the cards, and I'm stuck with almost $70 dollars worth of useless gift cards.
