Agreement Breach

Washington, DC: (Dec-31-07) HG. Soliman Enterprises Ltd. filed charges against AMS Homecare Inc. (AHCKF), alleging that the company breached its agreement. AMS Homecare agreed to the allegations, stating that it was unable to fulfill the terms of the Master Marketing and Procurement Agreement. AMS spokespersons stated that the breach occurred due to the damages AMS Homecare suffered from the actions of ex-employees, ex-director and others. As part of a settlement reached, AMS Homecare Inc. has agreed to pay no less than $6,229,061.18 to HG. Soliman Enterprises Ltd. It further stated that it agreed with Mr. Harj Gill, CEO and Ms. Rani Gill, CFO that as part of the settlement they will pay good and valuable consideration. [NASDAQ: AMS AGREEMENT]
