Central Industries

Scott County, MS: (Apr-04-07) Marshall Durbin Food Corp., Lady Forest Farms, and Forest Packing Company filed suit against Central Industries, Inc. claiming it owed funds to them and refused to pay after winning a large settlement in another legal matter. The suit also alleged that Central owed and breached its fiduciary duties to Marshall Durbin and Forest Packing as minority shareholders and breached its contract when it wrongfully made deductions from sums, which should have been paid for raw materials.
