This is a settlement for the Commercial lawsuit.

Burlington, VT: (Mar-20-07) The Southern New Jersey Rail Group LLC filed charges against NJ Transit for a breach of contract concerning cost overruns for the Camden-to-Trenton commuter line, a massive transportation project. The NJ Transit board of directors reached a settlement agreement in which they would pay an additional $53 million to Southern New Jersey Rail Group LLC, the Bechtel-led consortium that designed, built and now operates the Camden-to-Trenton commuter line.
