This is a settlement for the Automotive lawsuit.
Phoenix, AZ: (Mar-12-07) A settlement was reached in a bankruptcy court in February 2007 between InPlay and Delphi under which InPlay was granted general unsecured non-priority claim against Delphi Automotive Systems, LLC in the amount of $7.5 million. InPlay Technologies, a developer and marketer of innovative, emerging technologies declared that it has sold its allowed $7.5 million general unsecured non-priority claim against Delphi Automotive Systems LLC.
