Peoples Benefit Services Inc.

Boston, MA: Attorney General Thomas Reilly filed charges against the company for deceptively marketed prescription drug discount cards. The lawsuit claimed Peoples Benefit Services used deceptive practices such as using government-like logos and terms in television ads and in mailings to market its prescription discount card.
