ProCycle

Missouri Attorney General Jay Nixon filed a 'bait and switch' consumer protection lawsuit against the motorcycle dealer. The lawsuit claimed ProCycle lured customers into the store with misleading advertising and then charged higher prices by adding processing fees, credit card surcharges, assembly charges, delivery fees and other hidden costs. ProCycle agreed to pay $114,749 to 364 customers, $30,000 each to Boone and Greene county school funds and $24,000 to the state of Missouri for investigative and legal costs.
