Fast Payday Loans

A lawsuit was filed on behalf of Florida consumers against the company formerly known as Florida Auto Loans for allegedly forcing borrowers to purchase travel club memberships in order to obtain title loans. Fast Payday Loans has agreed to award 37,000 residents a $5.6 million settlement in restitution and debt forgiveness. (Aug-03-05)
