LAWSUITS NEWS & LEGAL INFORMATION

Kanoodle

It is alleged that Kanoodle is charging pay per click (PPC) advertisers for visitors they are not delivering. Allegations are not just in the realm of 5 or 10 percent, but upwards of 70 percent of clickthroughs are not being delivered.

Kanoodle is a PPC company that delivers clickthroughs at 5 cents and up for advertisers who pay for search clicks to their site. At the minimum, this would mean that $1000 of PPC advertising will bring you 20,000 clickthroughs ie, 20,000 additional visitors which would mean 20,000 pageviews. There are reports that Kanoodle says the clickthroughs have occured and Kanoodle has taken the funds but the visitors do not appear to have come when tested by such tracking software as google analytics.

If you have had such an experience and have it documented, please let us know. Also let us know if Kanoodle gave you a refund.
