It’s not all about HVP, let’s face it – the whole idea of processed food is what puts our health under risk of critical illnesses occurrance! I am more than sure that there are much more unhealthy stuff added to this kind of food than HVP. I dread the idea of comsuming processed food ever.

Zoryana, I couldn’t agree with you more. Sadly, there are many people who have a difficult time avoiding processed foods for a number of reasons.

Adding to what I said before, processed food is sold and served everywhere, especially in North America. Unfortunately, it has become a part of an eating culture. Even those, who follow a healthy lifestyle find it difficult to escape processed food and consume it occasionally. But, no matter how often people eat that kind of food it will definitely cause health problems. I’ve been thinking about it a lot and I would recommend people get critical illness insurance at a certain age.

I've come across tons of information about the known dangers of soy bean oil/products and corn syrup in our foods. There is absolutely no reason for this other than it makes us sick and then we have to pay for medical care, insurances and pharmaceuticals. How much money do you think America spends on trying to be healthy all the while being poisoned and fattened up by our food? Please join me in building a lawsuit against the American Soy Bean Association.
