I am so sorry that you have suffered so much. It is true that hospitals carry very dangerous infections and people can catch them. If you need to sue for medical malpractice, I would suggest searching online for a decent attorney and then checking to make sure that he is reputable with the state website. Also, attorneys that were once doctors can be very helpful in suing someone for malpractice.

My 3 years old was very healthy .He was suffered of flu.I took him to see the local GP,he was checked but could not pick up any infection .GP prescribed paracetamol for him on Friday 9/03/12 @ 11.30.We went home around 12.45.I went to Mosque, i came back after 2pm my son was watching tv.I asked him to switch off the tv. He started vomiting and blood were coming from his mouth. I called the GP and we were told to bring him back to the surgery. The GP did not check him but prescribed antibiotic this time but i insisted for a referral letter to hospital. I took my son to Hospital and he died in front of the hospital entrance.
Why the GP did not pick up the infection and why the GP did not suggest to me call emergency service.
Negligence from the GP cause the death of my son
