Injury at KFC Results in $30,000 Settlement


This is a settlement for the Personal Injury lawsuit.

Philadelphia, PA: A 45-year old man who slipped in a puddle in a bathroom at a KFC, fell and subsequently sustained two herniated discs received a $30,000 verdict in his lawsuit against the fast food restaurant.

Steven McClintock produced the testimony of KFC's manager, Philip McPoyle, who admitted he had been mopping the same floor about five minutes earlier and didn't place a sign in the area. The jury found KFC was negligent and awarded McClintock $30,000.
