Injured Worker Receives $1.2 Million Settlement
This is a settlement for the Personal Injury lawsuit.
A man who was injured while on the job has received a settlement of $1.2 million.
Roger Hamilton, who was 51 at the time of the incident, slipped and fell from a ladder while on board a vessel owned by Great Lakes Dredge and Dock Company. Hamilton allegedly injured his back as a result of the fall and had to undergo fusion surgery and a discectomy. He reportedly remains in chronic pain.
