A wage and hour class action brought by waiters who worked at the national chain of steakhouses-Morton's -has been settled. The company has agreed to pay $13.4 million to the plaintiffs for up to a 4-year period as well as stock.

The class action was brought by Mark Johnson who worked as a waiter for Morton's Boston restaurant on Boylston Street from 1998 to 2002.
