Hartford, CT: (Mar-26-07) The State of Connecticut Attorney General's office pressed charges against United States Fidelity & Guaranty, a division of St. Paul Travelers, in relation to the a defective storm drain project. United States Fidelity & Guaranty provided the performance bond of L.G. DeFelice, which, the state alleged, installed defective storm drains on Interstate-84.
