Stewartville, MN: Catheter maker Rochester Medical filed a lawsuit against the medical devices company for conspiring to exclude it from the market and violating antitrust laws. C.R. Bard has agreed to pay Rochester Medical $49 million; Rochester Medical has dismissed C.R. Bard from the litigation with prejudice. Rochester Medical Corporation develops, manufactures, and markets disposable medical catheters and devices for urological and continence care applications.
