Liberty Media Corp.

In 1999, AT&T Corp. purchased Tele-Communications Inc. (TCI), the former parent company of Liberty Media LLC and the predecessor company of Liberty Media Corp. The lawsuit was filed on behalf of shareholders and claimed the TCI board of directors breached their fiduciary duty by approving the AT&T deal.
