IHOP Corp.

Glendale, CA: The Internal Revenue Service filed a lawsuit against the restaurant chain regarding income taxes between 2000 and 2003. The case related to IHOP's historical tax treatment of certain franchise fee income; IHOP has since discontinued restaurant franchising activities under its "Old Business Model."
