Microsoft Corp.

This is a settlement for the Antitrust lawsuit.

Milwaukee, WI: A class action lawsuit was filed alleging the firm overcharged customers for software. The class was filed on behalf of Wisconsin customers who purchased software from December 7, 1993 through April 30, 2003. The case claimed Microsoft violated Wisconsin's antitrust and unfair competition laws by overcharging customers for some of its operating systems, word processing and spreadsheet software. A proposed class action settlement notes Microsoft will distribute vouchers valued at up to $223.9 million to Wisconsin buyers. The deadline to file claims is June 30, 2007.
