Cytodyne Technologies, a.k.a. Nutraquest.

Diet pill manufacturer Cytodyne Technologies, also known as Nutraquest, allegedly deceived customers by advertising its diet pill Xenadrine RFA-1 was a revolutionary thermogenic diet supplement clinically proven to increase fat loss 17 times more than diet and exercise alone. A lawsuit was filed against that Cytodyne and its president Robert Chinery. Nutraquest filed for bankruptcy in New Jersey in 2003 after a number of lawsuits were filed against the company.
