AR Mays Construction

Maricopa County filed charges against the commercial construction company for alleging violating city dust pollution rules. AR Mays Construction allegedly failed to implement dust control measures before, during and after dust generating operations. The lawsuit also claims the company failed to apply water during stacking and loading, immediately clean up spillage, obtain a dust permit, and neglected to post a project information sign visible to the public.
