Gemstar-TV Guide International Inc. CEO Harry Yuen

The Securities and Exchange Commission filed a lawsuit against the former Gemstar-TV Guide International CEO for his alleged role in a scheme to defraud shareholders. Yuen allegedly inflated revenues to boost stock and falsified company books. He was fired in 2003 from the Los Angeles' based media and technology company that develops, licenses, markets and distributes technologies, products and services targeted at television and home entertainment.
