Daum Communications, a South Korean web portal operator filed a lawsuit against the computer software company for tying its MSN Messenger instant messaging service and Windows Media Player to its Windows operating system. Microsoft has agreed to pay Seoul based Daum $10 million cash, $10 million in advertising, and $10 million in other unspecified business. (Nov-11-05) [RED HERRING]
