Medirate Professional Pharmacy Inc.

The wholesale closed door pharmacy dba Medicate Long Term Pharmacy distributes controlled substances to customers in nursing homes and prisons. Medirate informed the Drug Enforcement Administration that 300,000 doses of several controlled substances went missing from their pharmacy. Charges were filed against the company for lack of security.
