State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company

Attorney Generals from nearly all states across America have reached a settlement with the insurance company regarding thousands of improperly re-titled vehicles. The case alleged State Farm never issued a 'salvage' title for vehicles designated a 'total loss', meaning that they had been wrecked, flooded or stolen.
