Stevens Hospital, WA

Tami Lafferty was sent to the Edmonds hospital after she felt decreased movement of her fetus. Her fetus had a rare medical condition called fetal maternal hemorrhage. The baby boy had serious brain damage, impaired vision and cerebral palsy. The jury was unanimous in finding Stevens Hospital 80% at fault for Benjamin's injuries, Jae Sim 15% at fault and Dr. Horiuchi 5% at fault. [SEATTLE PI]
