Benicia Oil Refinery

The US Environmental Protection Agency claimed the company violated the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. Benicia allegedly violated state and federal hazardous waste regulations by not properly labeling containers of hazardous waste and not treating and storing hazardous petroleum processing sludge.
