The company has settled a lease dispute over a building in Germany. The software developer, which had settled several other real estate issues over that past year, settled with the owners of the building, located in Frankfurt, for $11.8 million dollars ( roughly €9.11 million ). $3.7 million in back rent and $8.1 million will be paid for future leases.
