Chicago Children's Memorial Hospital

Eleven year old Bradley Speck was brought to the hospital with a high fever and signs of infection. He was not given antibiotics for days and suffered from bacterial meningitis which left him unable to speak or care for himself. The family was awarded $12 million in damages.
