Trinity Homes

Residents of Indiana, specifically Hamilton County, Boone County, and Marion County filed suit in October of 2002 against the builders and their parent group Beazer Homes Investment Corp. According to the families, Trinity Homes broke industry standards of the Indiana Building Code by constructing homes without moisture barriers or air space between bricks.
