Crash Hazard Prompts Off-Road Utility Vehicles Recall

About 3,900 Classic Buggies off road vehicles made by Bad Boy Enterprises are being recalled because they can accelerate without warning, posing a risk of injury to the user and/or bystander.

Bad Boy Enterprises has received 32 reports of unexpected acceleration, including reports of injuries such as a fractured toe, rotator cuff injury and sore muscles.

The vehicles were sold at authorized dealers nationwide from June 2007 through July 2009 for about $10,000.
