Stillwater, MN: (Jan-29-08) Stillwater Junior High Assistant Principal Mary Pat Cumming filed suit against the school and District 834, accusing school board member George Thole of allegedly hindering her career. Sources close to the case stated that as part of a settlement reached, Cumming will resign from her position effective June 30, 2008 and receive $143,304, with $58,304 coming from District 834 and $85,000 coming from the district's insurer.
