Commuter Flight Crash

Saint Louis, MO: (Nov-29-07) The family of Rada Bronson brought a lawsuit against American Airlines, alleging wrongful death. The suit stated that a commuter flight operated by the Tennessee company crashed in October 2004 as the crew attempted to land it in Kirksville, MO. Thirteen people were killed, including Bronson. Report stated that the National Transportation Safety Board blamed pilot error, poor professionalism and fatigue. As part of a settlement reached, the family of Bronson of Los Angeles agreed to end the lawsuit with American Airlines, for whom Corporate Airlines flew commuter links.
