Fatal Car Accident

Stockton, CA: (Oct-06-07) A lawsuit was brought against San Joaquin County, alleging that Judith Dohring was wrongfully killed. According to the county documents, Dohring was killed in a traffic collision at the intersection of Peltier and Bruella on June 15, 2004. Dohring's family filed the lawsuit, claimed that the intersection of Peltier and Bruella roads in north San Joaquin County was a dangerous intersection. The lawsuit accused other drivers involved in the collision and adjacent landowners of wrongful death and negligence. In a settlement reached, the county agreed to pay $70,000 to end the lawsuit.
