San Francisco, CA: (Mar-13-07) A lawsuit bought against San Francisco's Huntington Hotel by the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, accused it of discriminating against staff based on their national origin. Martin Roman, a Latino room service server, was repeatedly passed over for promotion to the job of room service relief captain in favor of non-Latino employees with less seniority.
