Calvin Jones, Jr.

Huntsville, AL: (Feb-28-07) Scott High School student, Derrick Carlson, was killed while on a field trip near Dayton, OH after he was struck by a car driven by Calvin Jones, Jr., of Trotwood. Jones was under the influence of marijuana when he hit the 14-year-old student. In a wrongful death lawsuit, the family will receive a $100,000 settlement, which will be covered by Jones' insurance company, AIG. [WCPO NEWS: FIEDL TRIP DEATH]
