Blount County, TN

Maryville, TN: A 17-year-old girl filed a civil lawsuit claiming a Blount County court officer forced her to disrobe, put on revealing lingerie, and be photographed partially nude. The girl claimed former Judicial Commissioner Dustin Hatcher summoned her to his office and used his position to force her into putting on lingerie and perfume in his presence.
