Mark and Annette Sheely

Carlisle, PA: On May 28, 2005, 4-year-old Robbie Levine fell into his uncle's backyard swimming pool in Camp Hill. He was found in the pool around 9 a.m. and was pronounced dead at Holy Spirit Hospital an hour later. Robbie's parents filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Mark and Annette Sheely. Cumberland County Judge Wesley Oler Jr. approved a $300,000 settlement. Robbie had just graduated from the Cedar Cliff High School preschool program and left behind two younger siblings.
