Unitel Technologies

Freehold - On November 4, 2003 telecommunications salesman Robert Zuback was ejected from a golf cart during a rain storm at the Battleground Country Club in Manalapan. The 42-year-old was attending a business event sponsored by defendant Richard Broome, Marlboro, President and CEO of Unitel Technologies. Zuback sustained a laceration to the head and suffered from post-concussive syndrome, which affected his cognitive abilities and forced him to leave his job at Communications Supply Corp. Superior Court Judge Louis Locascio awarded Zuback a $3 million settlement. (Sep-30-06) [ASBURY PARK PRESS: GOLF CART]
