Jacksonville, Florida - Jeremy Phillips was attending a Halloween party dressed as a hockey player and was attacked from behind for no apparent reason. A nineteen year old intoxicated partygoer tackled Phillips into the side of a car. He sustained a debilitating elbow injury. Phillips filed a lawsuit against the company hosting the party Symphony Design Group, and the caterer, Foodstaff, for serving alcohol to minors, and not providing security.
