Sonya Elliott, the woman who charged Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick with knowingly infecting her with the herpes virus, has settled for an undisclosed amount.

Elliott, a 26-year-old health care worker, allegedly tested positive for herpes after engaging in unprotected sex with Vick three years ago. The complaint also contended that Vick was aware that he carried the disease but failed to disclose this to Elliott. (Apr-24-06) [MSNBC]
