Passaic County Judge Randolph Subryan

During Jennifer Breaton's 2002-2003 judicial clerkship Subryan allegedly kissed and hugged her and committed other acts of gender harassment. Breaton's legal career suffered after she complained about the harassment so she filed a civil suit against Subryan. The New Jersey state Supreme Court's Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct found Breaton's complaint credible and recommended censure and has awarded Breaton a $300,000 settlement.
