Liebherr-America

Twenty six African American employees at the German owned company's Newport News truck plant filed a lawsuit alleging racial discrimination. The case claimed workers were subjected to hostile comments from both white co-workers and managers because of their race and that the company paid them less than lower qualified white employees.
