A case was filed against the developer and several architects alleging disability related housing discrimination. The lawsuit claimed several projects discriminated against persons with disabilities and were in violation of the Fair Housing Act. "The lawsuit also alleged that the rental offices at a number of the properties were designed and constructed in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, which prohibits disability discrimination in public accommodations, including rental offices."
