Rubbermaid Home Products filed a patent infringement lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio relating to plastic shelving products. The terms of the settlement are undisclosed; however, Plano has agreed to discontinue selling specific products and has agreed to pay Rubbermaid a royalty for previous sales of certain Plano plastic shelving products.
