Water Mill Restaurant, Fox Hollow, Chateau Briand, and Westbury Manor

A lawsuit was filed against the four Long Island catering establishments for allegedly failing to pay 2,000 current and former workers minimum wage and overtime. The case claimed operators paid the workers less than the $5.15 federal hourly minimum and failed to pay them overtime when they worked more than 40 hours a week.
