CasaBlanca Hotel and Casino in Mesquite

On January 22nd, Beau and Monique Maestas attacked 10 year old Brittney Bergeron in the parking lot of the CasaBlanca hotel and casino. In the attack, a knife hit her spinal column and she was left paralyzed. Her mother Tammy Bergeron Schmidt was charge with child neglect and Brittney has since been placed with a foster family.
